Basecamp: ClickUp far outshines Basecamp in a number of ways, with the primary way being the innate flexibility of the platform. Basecamp has a much easier onboarding experience, but the ceiling of the platform is much lower. ClickUp can simply do more. Slack: ClickUp does not …
We have used clickup over Jira beacuse we have documented all the domain details as per topic and it was easy to manage in the clickup. Also, we are able to manage milestones in clickup very easily. UI for labels is far better in clickup then Jira. That's why we used clickup …
ClickUp has the friendliest user interface of any of the other project management apps I've used before. It isn't too overwhelming for brand new users and the board views are clean. We often screen share ClickUp to show where projects stand. We like the fact that each user can …
We tested various solutions and chose ClickUp, the tool every team member likes to use.

Chose ClickUp
ClickUp is more flexible and easy to make work for your needs, but if you have a custom or more flexible approach on Agile Methodology. Otherwise, I would recommend a more strict tool like Pivotal Tracker.
It is much more intuitive and shows more dev-driven tasks to create stories. Also, the fact that ClickUp enables the system to save multiple files from online to locally uploaded files, and GitLab is the way to archive them. Maybe Asana has new features, but I'm sure Clickup is …
ClickUp's learning curve is very low vs. other tools, but it's only suitable if you need some complexity in your task organisation. If it's only for a simple list with tasks, there are other solutions to look at.
We chose ClickUp because if offered all of the functionality we needed, it was incredibly easy to use/implement and it had a great price point. Hands down, this is our favorite platform.

Chose ClickUp
The other tools are much more static in nature and not very use friendly when it comes to customisation. ClickUp offers a suite of customisation tools and Clickapps which help with whatever needs getting done in terms of forms, fields, etc. Therefore, ClickUp can be customised to …

C-Level Executive
Chose ClickUp
I’m a big believer in the executive team at clickup. I don’t think any other productivity company out there has a bigger BHAG than the CEO of clickup.
So, with that being said, I know they will continue to strive to be better and better and help people save more and more of our …
ClickUp is more customizable than any of these other apps that I have worked with. Asana is great, but it has some serious limitations if you are working with a team, including assigning multiple people to a task. The pricing is also much better than the other options.
A client wanted us to use Asana a few years ago. We used it but was not happy with it. ClickUp is easier to use. I've not really tried to use any other PM tool successfully. We did use one based on Traction but got rid. We can run meeting via clickup if we want
ClickUp is more robust with more customizations available in order for our teams, individual users and company at large to be able to use it in the best ways possible for various instances/needs. It is not only great for task management, but the communication availability …
I think ClickUp has the best pricing structure of the competitors I have used in the past. I did not think most of the competitors had as many features or customization possibilities, or automation capabilities. Project Management definitely should not have to live in …
With each of the other platforms I've used, there was no one-stop-shop. We always had to use outside platforms or add-on processes to supplement what was missing. Sure they had good enough features but good enough wasn't good enough. We are an innovative company that operates …
It has all of the capabilities of these other platforms and more (at least from what I remember when using these apps). There is also greater capabilities in customization and integrations.
I personally like ClickUp better than Trello because it's more intuitive, lets you see others' workloads, and, very importantly, time offs too—there can't be a situation where you plan work during someone's vacation. Trello is also not great for seeing timelines of certain …
Asana is definitely much more straightforward to use but is highly restricted in terms of resource management. There’s no way to track the time or budgets that CU lets us do.
I selected Slack because it is the combination of the two that are mentioned above. In ClickUp you can manage the projects and tasks, in Skype you can communicate. Whereas Slack single-handedly handles both of these features, It manages your projects / tasks and allows you to …
Slack is the superior offering for what we do and who we communicate with. The other programs offer basic features, but Slack continues to innovate and is business-first, which is very helpful for our small team. The feature set and integrations are better in Slack than other …
Slack is widely used in IT organizations. It gives return values of we had [invested] in it. It provides most of [the] features which need in [the] organization like file sharing, chatting, etc. It has many app integration[s] for task management, meeting schedules, etc. UI is …
