Trello from Atlassian is a project management tool based on a Kanban framework. Trello is ideal for task-management in a to-do list format. It supports sharing boards and cards across users or teams. The product offers a free version, and paid versions add greater automation, collaboration, and administrative control.
Asana, last time we checked, was too simple and not robust enough to use as a resource manager. Trello is too simple. Airtable has too much focus on the spreadsheet capabilities. ClickUp is a good cross between Airtable, Asana, and Trello
In my opinion, ClickUp is so much more powerful. We really needed the calendar feature to combine with the tasks. Planner had no way to do recurring tasks so we had to re-input annual events. Because ClickUp has the board view (among others) people can get the same type of look …
ClickUp is a more robust and effective tool for project & task management compared to Trello because of the following reasons: Its effective use and customizability of 'statuses'. The UI/UX for more intuitive and easy to use. Greater number of features and a lower or …
ClickUp is a lot more customizable, user friendly and comprehensive. While Trello might be a bit more minimalistic, i would choose a comprehensive tool over minimalism any day because it suits my needs specifically as opposed to a smaller org's needs. Trello has limited options …
ClickUp's interface is so much more refined than Trello's. From the general visual presentation to the level of control the user has over the interface... It's so much more than a Kanban board, but even its Kanban view is just cleaner. Not to mention that ClickUp doesn't rely …
For us, ClickUp was the happy medium between the extensive features offered by Jira (but at an exorbitant cost) and the more modern feel of something like Asana and Trello but with fewer features. ClickUp has really taken all the best features from all these apps and put it …
We chose ClickUp over Asana primarily for the docs. With Asana, it is really limiting to not be able to jump into docs natively within the platform. We value documentation and therefore really appreciate being able to easily add docs to everything we do. Whether a task or a …
We have used clickup over Jira beacuse we have documented all the domain details as per topic and it was easy to manage in the clickup. Also, we are able to manage milestones in clickup very easily. UI for labels is far better in clickup then Jira. That's why we used clickup …
ClickUp had many of the same features of the competition but it came it at a lower price. It also seems more nimble in the development of new features.
ClickUp has the friendliest user interface of any of the other project management apps I've used before. It isn't too overwhelming for brand new users and the board views are clean. We often screen share ClickUp to show where projects stand. We like the fact that each user can …
They are all very similar, but ClickUp was easier to use. The UX design is great, everything falls into place. I didn’t have to train anyone from the team on how to use it. They easily understood how it works. It’s simple, clear and straightforward. Every move you make, it’s …
At first, all these apps are quite overwhelming. ClickUp's UX is intuitive. It's more robust and offers better customization for different industries, business scales, goals, and user types. The multiple views, the dashboard, sidebar, are key to adapting the app to your needs. …
We tested various solutions and chose ClickUp, the tool every team member likes to use.

Chose ClickUp
Although I did enjoy some of the other competition, ClickUp made the most sense for our team. It provides robust tools, an easy interface, and the support we need.
We've used both products before and just prefer the single-source, comprehensive approach from ClickUp. We feel ClickUp is more robust and dynamic which makes it better to handle our ever changing business needs.
ClickUp has very complex features, it is not only used as a place to list the recorded work but can process and become an evaluation in the team of less and more for the next work, and many tools and integration in ClickUp that exceed similar applications that I have encountered.
Before deciding to use ClickUpwe have used and evaluated multiple softwares. In the end we have chosen ClickUp because it had the most user friendly interface and had the most features that we were looking, with a low cost and easy kick-off.
It has a friendlier interface, increases the number of available features, and is supported by integrations with third parties to meet all needs from a single platform. On the other hand, it is multi-device, and its tool for mobile teams offers everything that is needed to keep …
We chose ClickUp because if offered all of the functionality we needed, it was incredibly easy to use/implement and it had a great price point. Hands down, this is our favorite platform.
I just find it more flexible and less clunky with the setup and management of the platform. It also gives more ways to view the same information across different use cases.
Trello can be viewed as the simplest form of task management, whereas project management would look more like ClickUp followed by Asana and JIRA. Trello is easy to view, easy to use, and easy to implement.
Easier to use and easier to integrate with 3rd party software. Better design and we don't need to build everything from scratch.

Todoist is a good to-do list app but I found it a bit more confusing to use than Trello because it feels like it does too much. Wunderlist was great until Microsoft bought it and stopped providing support. I used it before I switched to Trello and it would easily compete with …
