Likelihood to Recommend CLM is best suited for Medium to Large size corporations, in my opinion. Organizations need to be informed in order to be successful; they must have a team prepared to own and manage the CLM tool once implementation is complete. Great for B2B and B2C. Highly recommend it to those in question about purchasing for their organization.
Read full review It is very well suited for proposal/quotation/contract writing, including adding lots of marketing-type content and sales copy. It also works well for employment contracts. However, it struggles with having more than one user looking at the same document, which hinders collaboration. If you want something very flashy, it may not be the best fit, as the layouts are more simple.
Read full review Pros You don't have to worry about different clauses. You can just create them and bundle them based on your Contract. Conga contracts come with great redline and true-up features which makes the negotiation process way easy. You can integrate it with Conga composer to generate the Contract document and also can integrate it with Conga sign to send the generated contract for signature. Read full review Cons X-author for Word can be improved as it does not maintain a stable connection and the org gets disconnected frequently. It does not support grandparent relationship for merge field population. A separate package needs to be installed for the integration of CPQ and CLM tools from Conga. Read full review I would like to see the ability to LOCK a field instead of locking an entire block or document. I would like to see more standard features that need to be part of the service instead of add-ons. Would like to see an option to allow different levels of users than just the two standard options. Read full review Likelihood to Renew Simple and easy to use for the legal team to creates contracts in Salesforce and with the help of conga contract attaches the different clauses through the bundle and sends them for negotiation and for signature. This is the primary work they do from Conga contracts. We had solution which is build using conga contracts, conga composer and conga sign
Read full review The reason I gave it a rating of 7 is because it's probable, but not for sure. This is because there are a few little things we don't love about pandadoc. Mostly that there is not conditional logic such as: they must either fill this field out OR this one. Also it's a little pricey. But we'll probably stay because it's good enough and a pain to switch to something new
Read full review Usability For users, the software is very intuitive. For admins, there's a learning curve.
Read full review Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use. There can be a slightly steep learning curve to get fully in on the system. The new editor v2 has really improved usability and allows us to collaborate on documents simultaneously. Once the templates and library items are set up, a new document, whether it be a sales or HR document, takes very little time to complete.

Read full review The documents load quickly for the most part but sometimes if there are larger documents with a high number of variables it could take a bit longer to get the document to show up. Most of the time the document comes on the screen relatively quickly allowing for quick access to documents to be edited and sent out.
Read full review Support Rating Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep
Read full review Recently I could not upload a pdf to a contract - support was very responsive and easy to work with. They got back to me the next day with an apparent fix - however when I opened the document nothing had changed. I then could not respond to the rep who was helping me because it was a "no-reply address", the problem still has not been solved and we had to make alternate arrangements to get this to the client. Never had it happen before and was only with this one contract.

Read full review Return on Investment We really never saw a great ROI. We installed and then were left alone for many years despite many calls for help. We were able to get out of a spreadsheet. We did have an approval flow that allowed us to view where in the process each contract was, but the approval flow was also very difficult to manage and was not able to handle complex approval flows. Read full review Saves a ton of time of handwriting proposals. It's valuable to see when a prospect or an existing client views their proposal. If you have a good designer to create the templates, the proposals will look professional. The existing templates Pandadoc provides are nearly worthless and very difficult to customize.
