Chose GoTo Meeting
From a standard meeting perspective GoTo Meeting is on par with all of these offerings. From a classroom perspective Zoom offers the most comprehensive set of tools for the educator. Tools like switching the chat from private to public at the presenter's level is excellent to …
In my opinion, it is not as efficient, and we are much more used to using the Teams commands over the GoTo commands and actions. The learning curve was quick, and I do not know if transcribe is an option in GoTo like in Teams, which makes sharing calls very helpful.
As I have used same multiple platforms, to my expeience and understanding it's much more reliable. It works on low bandwidth. It's quality of audio and video confercing is highly remarkable which allows us to build a strong relationship with the client. Also it beacuse of this …
We have 15 15-day trial version to get complete usage learning about the meeting before getting a paid login. User-friendly and has all the options to conduct or setup and meeting.
They are pretty comparable products. I think it's more about recognition from the users/clients. So in the US, Zoom is well known and easy to hop on. Internationally Go To seems to be an easier solution.
Most meeting software are very similar. I think Teams is smoother and its integration with Calendar in Outlook is massively better. However, GoTo Meeting has the ability to pause screen sharing which Teams does not have.
Zoom is my ideal meeting software, however I do not …
GoTo Meeting was the one, which in the period of pandemic and thus need, offered the best price. Not absolutely, but it was not necessary to reorganize the structure and require a great effort from IT. Moreover it was immediately accepted by the teams and well implemented in …
Goto meeting has strong privacy policy in terms of users data than other competitive platforms and maintains data centres in all regions in the world. Goto is widely used by people in every organisation.
GoTo Meeting is in the middle of the pack. The reason we utilized GoTo Meeting is because it was originally Jive. Jive was in our backyard, we knew the owner. When it was Jive, it worked great. We helped contribute to the jive applications, we used it for free for them and we …
Zoom is definitely GoTo Meeting's biggest competitor in terms of similar features and overall functionality. I have read about security issues with Zoom in the past, but haven't seen GoTo Meeting make any headlines regarding security. That might be something to consider for …
Its better as this the one of the main reason to go with this rather than choosing other tools, is this have a lightweight setup. When we sent invite to client, client just need to download a small setup fill which make their system ready to take calls from anywhere in the world.
All the requirements like easy setup, and no worry about to link all apps in one place was the key factor to choose GoTo Meetings, also, it seems like this app is e2e encrypted and does not use data for marketing and other purposes. User interface is also easy to understand and …
GoTo Assist is by far the easiest solution to use in regards to simplicity and functionality, especially for the end user receiving support. But we have recently consolidated all 5 of our GoTo products (Meeting, Connect, Assist, Resolve and Webinar) into two just offerings now: …
GoTo Meeting closely stacks up to other video conference platforms. That being said, Zoom seems to have the best integration for businesses, while GoTo Meeting has some of the best security I have seen in a video conferencing platform. GoTo Meeting is fairly seamless in …
One of the product's limitations that I noticed is that some plans have a limited participant capacity, which might not be able to hold larger meetings and security.
Like I mentioned previously, I like MS Teams a lot. I think GoToMeeting has some strong positives, and I use it more for international calls (especially because many professionals have familiarity with GTM); however, I have seen the quality of MS Teams exceed what I personally …
Teams definitely has the upper hand over zoom and GoToMeeting. The fact that it is bundled with M365 is a huge plus not only from a cost perspective but it gives you deep integration with the other office products. This allows seamless file sharing with sharepoint and OneDrive, …

Chose Microsoft Teams
We chose primarily because of the promised integration with the Microsoft Business Suite - which it mostly delivers on. That does give Teams an obvious advantage over competitors. IMHO Teams has a richer, more mature feature set, and the experience is more reliable and stable. …
When working remotely, it's ideal for team communication. The text messaging and chat features are simple and intuitive. You can quickly and easily join a video or audio conference with other team members. It's just fantastic; it's a must-have tool for business, especially in …
The Teamwork was introduced to the company earlier. Sr. Management pulled training sessions through marketing and digital advertising department. Most of the company's projects were posted on the Teamwork. It is the company's project management space. If Microsoft Teams …
Although competitors such as Slack and Webex can really stand up to MS Teams, our organization chose Teams as the predominant work communicator. Working within this decision, we are overall happy with the feature set that Teams provides. In my opinion, the advantages of its …
Microsoft Teams is faster and very responsive when compared with those tools. Also it is robust and does not crash. It is compatible with most of the OS and platforms. Backward compatibility is amazing. It is an enterprise tool. So can be efficiently used for both client …
Microsoft Teams edges above the conferencing competition by allowing file collaboration and ongoing group chats with coworkers. We selected Microsoft Teams for all our video & audio conference calls for it's ability to integrate with our Outlook client and make it easy for …
We used a very old version of Lifesize. Microsoft Teams is more modern, so this is not really a fair comparison. Teams does the same and so much more! Again, being part of the Office 365 E3 offering meant we had it available anyway.
We actually never asked to purchase Microsoft Teams. We got it within our Office/Microsoft 365 subscriptions. We were using Skype 4B within Department and when Teams was announced, within a week or two we tried to use Teams on Department level. Within first 6 months people …
Microsoft Teams is much better than Skype as it does the core collaboration part much better: call quality, screens-hare, group call, etc. Microsoft Teams includes many tools that Skype doesn't have: knowledge base, task tracking, file sharing, etc. Finally, channels takes the …
Sometimes the connection could be something really frustrating, the other end can't hear you, and you have to re-enter the meeting so the
problem with the audio can be fixed. Although the audio codecs have been
greatly improved since the product was known as Lync, personally I
Microsoft Teams is better overall when used in a workstation to get things done collectively. You can share your screen with a simple call, @mention someone to notify them of things, insert your files or drive. It can do every thing these other applications are doing. What you …
For an app that is integrated with the Microsoft Office 365 suite, it's nice to have. That said, there are many alternatives out there with the same or more robust options if you aren't tied to packaging everything together.
Teams does a much better job of having all tools readily available. It allows use across other platforms and communication with those outside of my organization as well.
