Likelihood to Recommend So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.
Read full review The scenario we most commonly use Hunter for is to quickly find and retrieve contact email information. Phone numbers are an added bonus, but they tend to only be available for contacts in the US. SDRs have the extension in order to confirm or to help them "guess" as to what a contact's email address might be. This speeds up our prospecting time considerably. Where Hunter falls short is not being flexible where companies have more than one email format.
Read full review Pros Easy-to-use platform, simple navigation, and data entry that creates a good user experience. Integrations with critical software and platforms across all arms of our business. In-depth analytics that provides clear data on staff and organizational performance (i.e., revenue and sales tracking). Logging of communication to easily refer back to previous emails/calls/etc, including call recording, which is also useful for compliance and training. Read full review Hunter provides a quick and easy way to look up the email format for any company using the free Google Chrome extension. Hunter allows you to upload a bulk list of emails and verify them easily. Hunter shows where verified emails were found on web pages and PDF documents. This shows that the emails were published by trusted sources. Read full review Cons There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense. It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job. Read full review Hunter is only as valuable as the information it is able to scrape from the internet. If a company has not listed any email addresses online, then Hunter is not going to be able to find it. Sometimes Hunter is only able to identify non-personal-specific email addresses (ex: info @, support@, etc.). This makes it difficult to identify personnel emails Sometimes companies will have different email domains that Hunter is not able to correlate. For example, when searching for an email address at Lead.com, Hunter is not able to point to ParentCompany.com email addresses that would be more useful. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.
Read full review Usability I think the usability is great. I am able to train a new agent with zero experience in our process with HubSpot in a day or less. They can be proficient in using HubSpot quickly, the way I've designed it to work, in less than a week. I am able to load new leads, set calling campaigns, and start prospecting quickly. I've even had to call customer service for help, and they were super helpful.

And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

I found it to be quite clunky and there was an additional overhead for any marketing functionality, that wasn't up to par. Whilst Zoho had some good features, in practice the CRM was difficult to manage, customer support was non-existent, and like
Salesforce , required 3rd party support agents in order make simple changes. comparison, HubSpot allows the user to make many changes themselves such as adding and mapping properties, and also has excellent customer service. Combined with a well-rounded offer in terms of marketing, analytics and a good CRM, HubSpot stands out as the clear winner.
Read full review We have been trying to get lead information on SalesTools and PLENTY, however, these two tools are mostly oriented to create follow-up campaigns and the setup is pretty complicated. If you are looking to create just a list of semi-qualified leads, you may try Hunter, but SalesTools has already an inner feature to build prospects in a better way.
Read full review Return on Investment HubSpot is great for tracking deals - we use the deal pipeline to understand the part of the lifecycle that each and every deal is currently in. It also provides good historical information. The contacts section is great for storing and managing engaged users for our mailing list. We utilise this feature with the free version. The customisable dashboard is a great feature that enables you to keep the most important information on the home screen at log-in Read full review Positive to be sure. I don't always get the results I want, but I use the free version and I'm satisfied to go there first when I need an email It's a fast quality product.
