Likelihood to Recommend So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.

Its features like task management, reports, social collaboration, and forecasting are always considered important for CRM and they all work without causing any trouble. But its Reports need to be more elaborate and its interface should be made easier and less tricky.

Read full review Cons There are some limitations on report building. They need to have more options to add to the x/y axis There needs to be a more simple amount of time zones. They don't just have one per time zone currently which doesn't make a ton of sense. It seems to go out a lot. It usually doesn't take long for it to be fixed but still concerning seeing how I need it or else I can't do my job. Read full review Likelihood to Renew To be honest there are some barriers due to which we are unable to use Hubspot at it's full potentials. The region that we work in has some restrictions that don't allow us to make calls or text which leaves us to just Email to the client.

Read full review Usability I think the usability is great. I am able to train a new agent with zero experience in our process with HubSpot in a day or less. They can be proficient in using HubSpot quickly, the way I've designed it to work, in less than a week. I am able to load new leads, set calling campaigns, and start prospecting quickly. I've even had to call customer service for help, and they were super helpful.
Read full review The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.

And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Salesforce requires a lot of in-depth knowledge both to implement and to manage. I found it to be quite clunky and there was an additional overhead for any marketing functionality, that wasn't up to par. Whilst Zoho had some good features, in practice the CRM was difficult to manage, customer support was non-existent, and like
Salesforce , required 3rd party support agents in order make simple changes. comparison, HubSpot allows the user to make many changes themselves such as adding and mapping properties, and also has excellent customer service. Combined with a well-rounded offer in terms of marketing, analytics and a good CRM, HubSpot stands out as the clear winner.

It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we have introduced ourselves to over time. The ability to feel a true understanding of our prospects and customers as real human beings with unique interests and common aspirations opens up doors of valuable conversation. The other options that were reviewed and considered provided many of the common ways from the past that stored CRM information. This method was much more of a static representation of the real interactions made between a company or salesperson with the prospects and customers. Nimble has brought back what should never have been lost - being like neighbors who spoke to each other about more things than just business.

It also provides good historical information. The contacts section is great for storing and managing engaged users for our mailing list. We utilise this feature with the free version. A soft ROI is in better contact relationships. People are often impressed that I follow-up after meetings, and especially when they say to contact them in 6 months or next year.
