Likelihood to Recommend I recommend it for those who are maybe 1-2 employees in their business--in other words, people just starting online with their business. It's priced right, so you can still make money with few sales. Plus, the ongoing support really helps you understand how to navigate the platform. It probably wouldn't be as great for someone who has thousands of people taking a course or someone who can afford a platform like Kajabi, where you can have everything right there. Because it doesn't host everything you need, it is for the frugally minded or smaller clientele biz owner.

MindBody does a great job at giving instructors a fast and easy way to check in clients and to see who is all signed up for their classes for the week. MindBody has a great payroll feature. All you have to do is set the dates and it generates a nicely laid out PDF of all the classes you taught during that time period and what you have made from them. The MINDBODY branded app connection needs more attention. Please add a covid vaccination checker to the application (not just to use in the web browser). From daily usage, people learn how it works and get used to it, but it's not something someone could just pick up without any training or hand-holding.

Read full review Support Rating MINDBODY support takes forever to get back to you via email in my experience. The process is not as simple as it was back when they had the chat feature. I really wish they would bring that back! Most items are normally some weird glitch that they can fix in minutes but you have to wait days now.

Kajabi are much higher priced. I feel like the look of
Teachable is no better than MemberVault, and so I wouldn't want to pay more for that platform.
Kajabi is much more aesthetically pleasing in how it looks and all you can do, but the price is at least 3-4 times more per month. I also wanted a platform that would let me have few people, and they let me start on a free plan initially. The others did not.
Read full review MINDBODY is really the only system of its kind that is widely used by fitness and yoga studios. Its app is the industry standard for looking up and signing up for classes, so most students rely on it exclusively. If there were another viable alternative it would have to promise more ease of use and intuitive backend.

Read full review Return on Investment Since starting with MemberVault 4 years ago, I went from 0 customers to 850 clients, with about 220 paying customers. I've grown my mailing list by about 1000 by using this platform. I wish they worked with all email providers because I have to pay more for Zapier. This hurts my sales profit. Their plan to grandfather us into the price we originally paid helps me save money each year as I add more products. [In my experience], less senior agents need to stop guessing or going with "I think so" and talk to a senior agent to make sure what they are telling the client is correct. The app is good exposure.
