Paycom is a core HR management software solution. It includes features such as talent acquisition and management, time tracking, and payroll management. It offers some automation capacities, particularly regarding payroll.
No comparison. Using Paycom has been the exact opposite of Paychex in the best way possible. I feel more in control and in the know about what's happening in my business.
ADP's customer service was not what we expected, and its platform did not always work as it should. Paylocity offered many great features, but we were looking for a more efficient way to process payroll.
As a whole we were able to get everything we needed in one place from Paycom. The others were not necessarily awful, we just could do more of what we needed with Paycom. And, honestly, the customer service (Brandon) sold us as much as anything. Paycom worked with us on costs, …
Paycom is hands down way better for us. They helped us make our payroll simpler and more manageable. Paycom's dedicated staff was knowledgeable in all areas of the system not just one. ADP was to clunky for our payroll, which shouldn't be that difficult. ADP changed our …
The company I worked for only used the time and attendance feature, and at my current company, we don't use the scheduling module. I do know that prior to my employment with the company where I currently use Paycom, they were a prior ADP user and my colleagues have stated that …
We had numerous issues with ADP's customer support. Many times my payroll would error out and I would sit on hold for over an hour just to get someone to clear the error and send me the payroll register back. With Paycom I am in control of downloading my payroll registers, …
ADP was not fully integrated within the various categories for HR & payroll which meant we often had to work from several different software and system to accomplish simply task. This resulted in countless hours trying to complete things that are integrated within Paycom. It …
ADP is too complex, too many people to go through to get what you need, as you need it. I can only say that I don't want to ever have to go back to using ADP again., Wherever my career leads me - I will lead them to PAYCOM!!
Making the switch from Certipay to Paycom was a no-brainer. The friendly usage, ability to onboard virtually, and payroll process have become much more efficient with Paycom and have allowed us as a company to spend more time elsewhere that we weren't able to do before. We also …
Paycom is second to None! The ease of daily time management all the way to benefits and garnishment management. It is amazing and mind easing to have these managed by Paycom teams and not have to worry about them on a daily basis. I love the FMLA tracker as well
Paycor did not automatically calculate employee paychecks properly. Paycom has been able to do this which has saved us a ton of time. Paycor also required a lot of manual changes where Paycom has automated the process.
In my opinion, ADP is a clunky system that has many positives, but overall I think it is not user friendly and doesn't have the majority of the tools we want as we continued pushing our company forward. I believe Paycom has many more tools, is more user friendly and our …
It has been a long time since we used ADP. At the time we felt ADP was to big a company. If you had an issue, you could not get to your customer service representative to get the problem fixed.
We selected Paycom for its functional, user-friendly platform. They continue to make improvements and add features that are beneficial to HR and Payroll professionals.
We selected Paycom due to their system being one totally organic system. We have worked with systems who purchase other modules and they do not communicate well with each other. When changes are made in Paycom they flow to all the different sections needed to ensure the …
