Likelihood to Recommend They have done a good job at helping us maintain the integrity of the project while transitioning to a completely new platform. Our Voice of the Customer program happens to consist of multiple surveys within one "master" so I guess logistically it could be considered complex
Read full review QuestionPro is great for forced-choice and Likert-scale data, and it easily turns raw data into readable statistics. The simple interface lacks attractiveness but is easy to learn and use, even for members outside the digital age. QuestionPro is less effective for qualitative data and short answer responses in large quantities. Reporting and analytic features leave this information in the bulky design, clogging the report and preventing cohesive presentation of the data.
Read full review Pros Confirmit has a fairly shallow learning curve allowing someone with no experience to be able to create a simple survey with not much time invested in training. Confirmit also has the flexibility to be used in very advanced ways. Whether modifying the display/page content's layout or modifying input types with jQuery, it is incredibly adaptable. Confirmit (with v. 18) now collects data in a true SQL database which is far more robust and easy to administrate than some other methods of data storage. Read full review Before choosing QuestionPro, we evaluated it and Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, and SurveyMonkey. A committee tested each of 141 key features on all four products. QuestionPro did well in the comparison and we have ended up using even more features that we tested. The summary of that work can be found here: https://oit.utk.edu/research/documentation/qualtrics-to-questionpro/. The way it handles anonymous surveys is particularly good. With most products, you have to remember to check the "anonymous" box to prevent it from saving email addresses or other identifiable data. But if you forget to do so, you can't tell by taking the survey. Question pro uses "Respondent Anonymity Assurance" that must be turned on by the company (a quick request from the chat window will suffice) and then it can never be turned off. This activates a link that appears on the bottom left-hand of each survey page. Clicking it takes the survey participant to a company page which assures them that the anonymous feature is indeed turned on. It has a very nice combination of great power and ease of use. The support we have received from the company has been excellent. Our team has worked with around 30 research software vendors for over 35 years and this company stands out as being extremely responsive to our needs. We told them we needed a migration tool to help us move from Qualtrics to QuestionPro and they created one in just a few weeks. They've added or improved a number of other features for us, at no charge. Read full review Cons Ensure correct data collection. This is Confirmit's main goal, and which sometimes fails to succeed. Integrated data back-up service. It would be great if we could look at the data from a couple days previous. Interactive layout creator. Current layout creator is really "squared" as we say, it needs more flexibility with all the incoming technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3. Read full review Doesn't allow for the level of customization required for a lot of projects Can be a little too simple, not complex enough Can tend to be a little buggy at times -- new features need to be more thoroughly vetted Read full review Likelihood to Renew From my point of view Confirmit has been a key tool in our organization. Without it we can't deliver what we do at this moment. Confirmit has proved that is a reliable, stable and easy to use tool. The few issues we found (as far as I know) were sent to Confirmit support team and fix them. Patching the product has been done faster and without large downtime of the product
Read full review We are currently reviewing the cost of the license as we are interested in extending the license for the campus, questionpro is not an "inexpensive" option for a publicly funded non-profit Institute.
Read full review Usability Confirmit is a very technical tool, it takes time for someone to get used to the interface, even when it could definitely be more intuitive or user friendly, this is part of Confirmit's strenghts that makes it one of the most robust data collection technologies out there.
Read full review For the countless surveys I have created over the last four years, I never had a major problem.
Read full review Support Rating The support team is responsive and I can tell that they are actually trying to help get to the heart of the issues before making us try every possible solution available. They ask the right questions and test things before coming back to us with proposals. I like the support team at Confirmit.
Read full review They offer email, chat, and phone support. I have used the chat support several times. Response time was fast, but the rep did not always have the answer. Inquiries are answered quickly and thoroughly.
Read full review Implementation Rating Should let the professionals handle implementation, don't have only the operations team at your company do it.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Forsta has a strong product functionality and performance. Integration capabilities are fantastic and i
t has strong customer focus. Pre-existing relationships also helped in cracking this deal. People at Forsta are helpful and customer centric. Although cost is not highly competitive but it comes close to value for money. Competitors have quite a few functionalities but there are additional charges levied for them.
Read full review First of all, QuestionPro has powerful futures when we compare it with others. I am not sure but somehow interface of the product is always important for some more than its functionality. QuestionPro has many features, functionality and has a great interface. It is easy to use and a software that is easy to understand.
Read full review Return on Investment I love Confirmit, the only negative is that my experience using any other program is always terrible in comparison. I had Confirmit rep come into the office and was disapointed that they didn't have much informaton on how to use it as a researcher in marking research, perhaps employing more internal marketing researchers would help that. Read full review QuestionPro has gathered feedback used to shape future policy, increasing customer (student) satisfaction. QuestionPro gathered data useful for communication across departments that often struggle to understand one another. For example, the survey gathered data that enabled IT to pinpoint specific WiFi problems across campus. QuestionPro helps evaluate student staff performance and identify places for growth, enhancing our team’s ability to serve ever-changing students. Read full review ScreenShots
