Likelihood to Recommend Precoro is great if you need to keep your organization aware of where in the purchasing process an order is, and if you need a place to communicate about orders & keep a record of those communications. It does not work too well for a variety of purchasing requests - the process lacks complexity.
Read full review Integrate SAP Integrated Business Planning in the daily operation of the core business is easy if the use of SAP HANA Cloud requires to increase in budget and is not possible for all types or sizes of organisations, but if your IT department requires to connect to on-premise data, connect to other data repositories on cloud or off-premise and customize reports for specific businesses cases, these tasks can increase the projected costs and require to adopt other SAP modules that can not be required at all.

But for the awareness of the platform, SAP could improve the free version. SAP IBP has a lot of functions, but not all are easy to understand and put into practice. Maybe a better demo would be a plus for the awareness of all of them. Read full review Alternatives Considered Precoro is unique because it can be customizable from start to finish without needing to build in API. It is extremely easy to use and understand, so we did not need to give our employees extensive training as we did with
Tradogram . Precoro also allowed us to communicate about orders right within the order itself, where the other software did not.
Read full review It has been a while since we have evaluated inventory and planning related SAAS products. We have primarily evaluated the level of effort to custom build tools to support the planning team. The maintenance and flexibility required for each business area made it so that we did not have enough resources to centralize a solution that could be used by all demand and supply planners.
Read full review Return on Investment We can track each purchase order, who created it, and why. They are no longer lost, and we can always see the history. The dashboard allows us to monitor information about all essential documents and at what stage they are now and keep track of which invoices have not yet been paid or partially paid. By setting up budgets for each department, we can effectively plan the allocation and prevent overspending. The system is very flexible and convenient. I can't imagine my work without it.
