Flight Ops provides essential SOCC and dispatch functions, along with a full crew management solution. Ground Ops is a solution for the critical functions required to handle all stations, scheduling, tracking and reporting needs. Aircraft Management is a bridge to view the availability and health of key resources, along with aircraft via the SOCC environment. Cargo Management provides full control over shipments. Safety Management allows the tracking and management of occurrences and helps to mitigate future risk.

AvAIO has created a reservations system that works for many different-sized airlines. From online booking to airport check-in, we cover all aspects that impact your customer. These include Flight Revenue Management, Direct Sales and Trade Distribution, Travel Ancillaries, Customer Relation Management, Sales Administration, Passenger Pre-Flight Departure Process, and Revenue Accounting.

The HR system gives airlines the ability to manage all relevant employee information in one central database. The Training system provides a set of tools for all employees who follow the aviation industry's regulatory requirements. The Messaging and Contact Centers enable users to send and receive messages, and to access and maintain a full contact database. The Digital Library is an accessible portal used to store documents online within a highly secure environment. Currently, SysAIO states they are also in the development of a full Flight Planning system.
