Additionally, users can import Microsoft Office Excel order forms with the help of the email auto-attendant feature and even email suggested orders to customers.

Customer Status: ConductorB2B allows users to view their customers' credit status, recent orders, shipments, and invoices online. According to the vendor, the system retrieves customer credit and status information in real-time from the ERP system, ensuring up-to-date data.
