Integrated environment: eMill provides an integrated environment with an HTML editor, support for ADO and ODBC compliant databases, and the ability to connect to Outlook, Windows Address Book, or preferred applications as data sources. It also offers a database records viewer and editor, the option to use external HTML editors, and a publisher for merging project files.

eMill Fax: This feature integrates fax operations with the rest of the business by sending faxes in various formats, connecting to databases, and providing tools for list management and personalization. It also receives faxes as emails, allows routing of faxes, control of feedback, management of sensitive faxes, and automation of sending.

eMill SMS: According to the vendor, eMill SMS allows users to create and maintain SMS campaigns using the email platform. It sends SMS messages and supports "email to SMS" gateways or SMPP servers. It also receives SMS messages as emails and allows automation of incoming SMS processing.

Support for authentication methods: eMill supports authentication methods such as SenderID and DomainKeys, and the technical support team can guide users in implementing the desired authentication method.

Built-in SMTP server restrictions: According to the vendor, the built-in SMTP server in eMill's Direct Delivery Mode has some restrictions, including the preference for a fixed IP address and proper configuration of reverse DNS for the IP address.

Message tracking module: eMill provides a message tracking module that offers statistics on opens and clicks. It allows users to build personalized receiver lists based on specific criteria, such as clicks on a particular link during a specific time period.
