ExhibitPower is a web-based software application (Software as a Service, or SaaS) designed to streamline operations for small to medium-sized companies offering custom or semi-custom products and services. According to the vendor, ExhibitPower replaces traditional paper-based processes with online shared communications, detailed data capture, and easy information retrieval. JC - JOB CENTRAL: ExhibitPower offers Job Central, a comprehensive dashboard providing an overview of each job. It includes automated task planning, timeline management, work orders, and profitability tracking.

CLIENT ART: Clients can upload artwork and approve proofs and renderings directly within ExhibitPower. The platform also allows for the uploading and sharing of staging and show floor photos with clients for review and approval.

CA - CUSTOMER PORTAL: ExhibitPower provides a user-friendly interface where customers can log in to interact with their exhibits, accessories, and graphics. The Customer Portal facilitates artwork upload, discussion, and approval through the Client Art module.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT: ExhibitPower includes a complete inventory management system that automatically updates the current location of each item. It also generates packing lists to streamline operations and reduce preparation time for shipments.

WM - RENTAL MANAGEMENT: ExhibitPower comes with a pre-configured inventory of rental items and offers comprehensive Rental Inventory management. It tracks availability, rental history, and damage reports.

TECHNICIAN APP: The Technician App simplifies job tracking for Service Technicians and allows for easy photo uploads. It integrates with the Inventory Module to track the location of each item throughout the warehouse, shipping, and show site.

VP - VENDOR PORTAL: ExhibitPower offers a Vendor Portal with ratings, reviews, and historical data to assist with vendor selection. The Purchasing Module enables users to request quotes from multiple vendors and track the status of each request.

TIME TRACKING: ExhibitPower provides an efficient time tracking feature, allowing for easy monitoring of billable versus non-billable hours by department or employee.

QT - QUALITY TRACKING: The platform includes a feature for reporting, categorizing, and tracking Kudos and Incidents to identify trends over time.

FM - FREIGHT MANAGEMENT: ExhibitPower tracks inbound and outbound freight on a daily basis. The Freight Department receives timely alerts about incoming shipments and their urgency through the Expected Receiving feature.
