Key Features
CRM: Peacksoft Customer Relationship Management offers features for marketing campaign management, lead capturing and management, lead conversion, and tracking. It also provides tools for generating sales quotations, managing quotation life cycles, and monitoring salesperson field visits through a cloud-enabled system and mobile app.
SCM: Peacksoft Supply Chain Management facilitates collaboration between multiple departments such as Sales, Purchase, Store, and Production. It automates business processes from raw material planning and procurement to inventory tracking, production, quality inspection, finished goods shipment, and customer billing. It also supports project-wise tracking, job order management with third parties, party management, and accounts payable and receivables.
Production: Peacksoft production module offers a solution for production enquiry, design, planning, and control. It supports features such as finished good Bill of Material (BOM), estimation of production process and routing, and tracking production jobs in the work center. According to the vendor, it helps track material cost, labor cost, overall production cost, and production OEE.
EPC: Peacksoft EPC Project Management module handles tender/project management, project BOQ estimation, contracts, and quotations. It also manages sub-contracting, work orders, and costs. The module provides features for project planning, milestone/task management, resource management, time log, project issues, and multi-user project collaboration.
HRMS: Peacksoft HRMS offers payroll features for small and mid-size companies. It manages organization and employee structures, benefits, employee relations, absence management, time entry, pay and deductions, gross to net calculations, time and attendance, income tax computations, compliance, and filing.
DMS/PRM: Peacksoft Partner and Distributor Management System handles onboarding of distributors and partners. It manages distributor catalogues/products, offers, bulk order processing and fulfillment, sales and delivery planning. The module also handles company and distributor sales and e-commerce.
Accounting: Peacksoft Accounting provides conventional double-entry bookkeeping for purchase, sales, and expenses in a ledger. It supports service industry accounting and provides financial analysis reports such as general transactions, bank reconciliation, P/L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and bill tracking.
CRM Service: Peacksoft CRM Service System handles service ticket management. It enables the creation and assignment of customer tickets, scheduling service person visits, field service record management, attendance tracking, expenses, and billing.
DASHBOARD: The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of revenue, expenses, net profit, bank/cash balance, and cash flow. According to the vendor, it helps users stay on top of their financial status.
TRANSACTIONS: Users can download transactions into the software, avoiding manual data entry. According to the vendor, this feature allows users to immediately view financial reports.
