Its simple management encourages the use of the application as a method of digital strategy to redirect or focus our attention to the tastes and needs of users. However, it often presents errors and rejections in the update or inclusion of data that can prove to be a frustrating obstacle.
Like Google, Google My Business provides customer service, but unfortunately when problems arise in the application and a report is made, the solutions offered are automatic responses from the system that do not solve the problems, and do not show any intention to address and investigate particular cases.
- Because it is a tool implemented by Google, you get the great benefit of appearing in the Google search engine, Google Maps and Google+, all favoring the inclusion of the business in one of the most popular websites in the internet world, with the advantage of accessing from any device.

I can't personally think of a situation [in which] this tool wouldn't be helpful. E-commerce and digital stores can still take advantage of their features to promote their businesses.
