Comprehensive Permissions: Leapdocs offers comprehensive control over folder permissions, allowing users to manage importing, browsing, opening, deleting files and folders, and modifying properties. Permissions can be explicitly set for each folder or inherited from parent folders.

Optical Character Recognition: Leapdocs automatically generates file thumbnails and indexes files, providing a preview without the need to open the file. The software utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to enable full-text search and indexing of file content.
