Real-Time Access: According to the vendor, Load Logistics® TMS offers real-time access to information on assets, loads, drivers' hours of service, electronic logbooks, payloads, workflows, fueling information, service and maintenance records, tracking, electronic document transfer, planning and scheduling, route optimization, and vehicle performance.

Optional Warehouse Management: The vendor claims that the optional Warehouse Management module enhances operational efficiency by allowing for customized receiving, shipping, and warehouse input screens. It also provides inventory intake details tracking, inbound and outbound shipping details, inventory status and aging reports, and historical reporting.

Optional Yard Management: The vendor states that the optional Yard Management module improves yard operations and asset location visibility. It optimizes yard space utilization, reduces congestion, and enables efficient yard planning and scheduling.

FMCSA/DOT Compliant ELDs: Load Logistics® TMS ensures compliance with FMCSA/DOT regulations for electronic logging of drivers' hours of service. According to the vendor, it notifies drivers when approaching daily on-duty and driving limits, as well as HOS maximum, to avoid violations. The system eliminates the need for paper records by seamlessly complying with electronic logbooks.

M.I.L.E.S Android® Applications Suite: According to the vendor, the Mobile Integrated Logistics Executive Suite (M.I.L.E.S) Android® Applications Suite offers various functionalities such as driver login/logout, road-side service and invoicing, driver-dispatch communications, asset and trip modifications, tablet-server uploads, OBD reporting, practical routing, digital image scanning, fuel tracking, scales and weigh station locator, and more.

LL-CONNECT: The vendor claims that LL-CONNECT allows users to monitor the status of loads in the Load Logistics® system. It provides real-time information on load and driver status and enables communication with drivers via SMS, email, or phone. The feature also offers mapping and location tracking of vehicles.

Vehicle Monitoring (VMS): According to the vendor, the Vehicle Monitoring (VMS) feature allows fleet managers to select and monitor ECM values of vehicles. It notifies drivers and/or dispatch when out-of-range values are detected and provides real-time notifications of vehicle issues on the ELD screen. Additionally, the system generates nightly reports for fleet managers.

ECM Interface: Load Logistics® TMS interfaces with the vehicle ECM module to retrieve and report available values, according to the vendor. It displays ECM values to drivers on their tablets, enabling proactive monitoring of vehicle data by management and maintenance personnel. The system supports all available ECM values reported by the vehicle module.

Distribution Center Management: The vendor states that the Distribution Center Management feature combines the functionality of Yard Management and Warehouse Management modules. It efficiently manages distribution center operations, optimizes the flow of goods and materials throughout the distribution center, and enhances overall efficiency and productivity in the distribution process.
