• Smart Dunning Management - Loop’s smart logic programmatically recovers lost revenue from failed payments & declined cards (up to ~25%).
• Cancellation Flows - A cancellation flow with emotions, video/GIFs, surveys, alternative options and feature to gift subscribers as an incentive.
• Customer Portal - A customizable subscriber portal for Shopify, used to create a memorable user experience.
• Bundle Builder - Range or fixed bundles, with setup for multiple bundles (different SKUs or categories) on the same store.
• Preset Bundles - Shopify creates a fake bundle SKU. Loop enables actual bundle items to be billed without this.
