What is Marketpush?

The MarketPush Multi-Vendor Platform is a powerful solution designed to empower B2B distributors by seamlessly integrating products and brands from multiple suppliers onto their e-commerce site. This platform streamlines dropship, marketplace, or vendor direct ship programs, reducing the resources needed to onboard new suppliers and products. It caters to companies of all sizes, with a particular focus on B2B distributors. Professionals and industries such as B2B distributors, e-commerce managers, supply chain managers, retailers, and wholesale distributors can benefit from the MarketPush Multi-Vendor Platform.

Key Features

Advanced Configuration: Easily customize email notifications and reminders to sellers with tailored email templates. Connectors are provided to simplify the onboarding process for sellers by integrating their software solutions with the MarketPush platform. Operators can configure categories and attributes to provide visibility to sellers on the types of products that can be sold on the marketplace.

Available APIs: Efficiently handle products, offers, orders, and seller accounts through API integration. Create, update, accept, reject, or cancel products, offers, and orders. Sellers can be created, updated, suspended, closed, and archived using API endpoints.

Messaging, Quotes, and Dashboard: Enable sellers to manage quote requests, track the quote life cycle, and monitor refused, abandoned, and successful quotes. Instant messaging between users of the same organization facilitates order resolution, allowing the sharing of files, images, and other relevant information. The customizable dashboard provides statistics, order information, and detailed order history.

Offer Management: Import multiple offers at once through a spreadsheet import method or create individual offers manually. Easily update inventory quantity, set quantity-alert thresholds, and manage inventory from different warehouses or locations. Operators can decide whether sellers should set prices to include tax.

Order Management: Sellers can accept or cancel orders at any stage, and customers can cancel orders before fulfillment. Sellers can upload invoices and exchange pictures or documents to facilitate order-related issues. Multiple tracking numbers can be entered for an order, and operators can define which delivery methods require tracking.

Seller Management: Monitor statistics and get an overview of all seller accounts through dashboards. Create billing periods and add sellers to them. Handle commission at the product category or supplier level with flexible or absolute commission rates. Control the import of products and offers from sellers.

Product Management: Synchronize product data between MarketPush and an external PIM system. Create and submit individual products manually. Use a step-by-step wizard to map seller's product attributes with the operator's catalog. Operators can accept or reject products, specify reasons, and approve product submissions.

Additional: MarketPush is responsive and mobile-friendly, allowing users to access the platform on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices. Profiles, feeds, and notifications enhance user engagement, along with an internal messaging system. Display product information in multiple languages to expand market reach. Grant role-based access control to restrict information access. Easily brand the platform with your own identity. Built with Hasura, the application platform provides instant, real-time, high-performance GraphQL APIs. The application user interface is developed in React.

Administration, Legal, Security, and Monitoring: MarketPush is hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud, ensuring reliable hosting and configuration management. Clients can manage and upload custom terms and conditions. User authorizations and data access within the MarketPush environment are secure. Fine-grained privileges and group privileges can be manually created. Support for Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and Single Sign-on (SSO) is available. State-of-the-art password management practices are employed. Data encryption and access restrictions protect data in transit and at rest. Built-in logging capabilities allow monitoring of events and changes across the platform. Different roles are assigned to ensure separation of duties. Isolated development, test, and production environments are provided. Application Security Testing (AST) tools are used to scan source code.
