Asset Management - Manage Compliance During Affordability Period
- Complete compliance audits, including tenant file reviews and unit inspections
- Track the project's financial performance
- Upload rent rolls to determine the affordability of units
- Coordinate with property managers on cure requirements
Reporting - Generate Standard & Ad-Hoc Reports
- Produce standard HUD CAPERs reports
- Create & save ad-hoc reports based on unique queries
- Export data to Excel or 3rd party data mart for further manipulation
- Display housing, economic & community development activities on a map
