I contracted one of my businesses with Noshway for food delivery and order management, and I regret it! - In my opinion...Do NOT trust them! After agreeing to terms and paying money, they delivered a half-solution (the same as they could freely demo) and nothing else, none of what they promised inclusive of KDS (kitchen), delivery driver app nor did they (after payment) engage in ANY communication with respect to two customisations I requested (in the contract - that I specifically wrote and ensured was specified, that the Noshway CEO signed, before said payment). It's been more than one month, the past 11 days absolutely no response from them (the CEO or the "project manager") by any means - call, text or email). This means I have not only wasted money but five weeks where I could have had my business setup with an app elsewhere. My conclusion from my experience is that they cannot deliver, they just signed off for the deposit, installed their standard script and called it a day. ZERO response means expect ZERO support and likely ZERO updates of any kind.

I considered known (advertised) features for my purpose (pizza) that was to cater to online orders, kitchen fulfilment, delivery and payment. Noshway delivered just their standard ordering-menu system and that's all. I chose it because it could (apparently) cater to languages too (albeit I would have to enter every single word of translation myself) and I still have no idea how an order placed in another language would be read in the kitchen-fulfilment stages. I just could not get later stage questions answered. What is delivered is disappointing for me, I sought (and clearly described it) a complete system and not just a website that could take orders (with all else missing). The system was script based, installed on my server/host (not cloud). My next choice will be for a cloud solution from a more reputable provider. FYI: I explicitly stated that as long as they delivered as agreed, I would give a glowing reference per my brand; they chose to misrepresent and under-deliver. Genuinely disappointing at best.
  • Take your deposit
  • Contract without the intention of following through
  • Convince you that they can provide what you need
  • Communicate faithfully and honestly... communicate at all?
  • Never leave a customer waiting more than 10 days for a reply!
  • In my opinion, Stop lying to people, some will actually dedicate time to honestly reviewing their experience... and as you can tell, I am here trying to prevent others from being ripped off by Noshway.
  • Provide what you agree to provide, don't misrepresent.
Absolutely not - NEVER.. I feel, unless you want a simple web app that I cannot say works in my opinion, that is without kitchen display, without delivery driver app, without any customisations and maybe most importantly > without support. I would have selected "0" on this sliding scale, if I could. If you just need a simple order system that doesn't look too bad, sure.
  • NEGATIVE > They have cost me thus far 5 weeks where I could have had a real app from another provider in place, in my business.
  • I paid real money for a half-baked solution that does not meet the terms of our agreement. Refund? yeah right.
  • Sorry, nothing positive beyond the initial conversations and agreement signing other than I did get half of what was promised. Still useless to me for my purpose and not what was expected.
