Key Features

Comprehensive Reporting: According to the vendor, Office Timesheets includes three reporting engines: Transaction Detail Reports, Summary Reports, and Detail Reports. These reporting capabilities allow users to analyze costs at various levels, generate invoices and billing analysis, view employee utilization analysis, and more.

Sage ERP, HRMS, and Payroll Timesheets Integrations: The vendor claims that Office Timesheets offers robust, two-way integrations with major Sage applications such as Sage 100, Sage 300 Payroll, Sage HRMS, Sage Abra, and Sage 500. It enables customer time billing, payroll, and other accounting functions.

QuickBooks Timesheets Integrations: Office Timesheets seamlessly integrates with QuickBooks, allowing for the synchronization of time data with QuickBooks for customer time billing, payroll, and accounting functions, as stated by the vendor.

Microsoft Project Timesheets Integrations: According to the vendor, this feature includes direct two-way integration with Microsoft Project. It imports tasks from Microsoft Project files into Office Timesheets, populates employee timesheets with task assignments, and exports time spent on tasks back into the project file to update project plans with "actuals".

Timesheets for ADP, Paychex, TruePay, and other Payroll Providers: The vendor claims that Office Timesheets offers built-in integrations for popular payroll provider service applications such as ADP, Paychex, TruePay, Payroll4Contructions, Paylocity, and more. It enables seamless data transfer between Office Timesheets and payroll provider systems.

Control over Editing Element Items: Office Timesheets administrators have control over user permissions for adding, editing, and deleting employees, elements, expense codes, and holidays. They can specify employee rate visibility and modify settings based on security policies, according to the vendor.

Comprehensive Task Security: The vendor states that this feature provides task security options such as general access rights to data, add/edit/copy tasks, view/modify/delete task tracking, delete tasks with and without entries, mass update task data, and edit task dates and statuses. Task security options can be specified by 'Self', 'Group', or 'All'.

Absolute Entry Control: According to the vendor, Office Timesheets administrators can determine users' editing rights for time entries, including existing entries, entries outside/within reporting periods, entries outside task dates, and entry statuses. Other entry security controls include requiring stop/start times and/or an existing task to enter a time entry.

Complete Control over Locks: The vendor claims that administrators can give users the rights to apply locks to themselves, their group, everyone, or none at all. Users with appropriate rights can lock employees by date in functions like Mass Update, and can override locks set by other employees if given the right to do so.

Customizable Task Management: Users can create tasks with up to 10 customizable Element Levels, define custom fields for each Element Level, set task start and due dates, assign rates and hours for billing and budgeting, and leave task-specific notes and reminders, according to the vendor.
