MovePulse: RedSky Mobility introduces MovePulse, a revamped platform with an improved user interface and significant feature enhancements. MovePulse aims to empower customers with streamlined interactions and access to crucial information. It offers a personalized Profile section and an Info Package with comprehensive documents. Account-specific materials, such as employee guides and insurance policies, can be accessed. The Orders section organizes customer files, while Service Order details provide insights into origin, transit, destination, and more. MovePulse also provides insurance choices and efficient document management.

Integration with Outlook: RedSky integrates with Outlook, enabling users to directly upload email attachments as documents from their Outlook (accessible via the web) to the respective File Cabinet for a service order or customer file.

Migration to Amazon Web Services: RedSky has migrated its infrastructure to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud to enhance the stability, scalability, reliability, and performance of the RedSky application.

Enabled Email Template functionality for all customers: Users can set up email templates in RedSky, configuring recipients, content, and attachments. Multiple templates can be created based on various parameters such as Job Type, Mode, Routing, Move Type, Service, etc. The templates can dynamically fetch information from RedSky to personalize email content.

Enabled SO Dashboard functionality for all customers: The Service Order Dashboard in RedSky provides a consolidated view of key details for a service order. It displays sections for Origin, Forwarding, Destination, Tasks, Work Tickets, Finance, and Documents. Users can add notes to the origin and destination sections to enhance communication and collaboration.
