What is RouteOne?

RouteOne is a software platform designed specifically for automotive dealerships, offering a range of tools and services to streamline the finance and insurance (F&I) process. With features such as credit application processing, contracting, eContracting, and reporting, RouteOne aims to enhance efficiency and improve the overall F&I experience. The platform caters to dealerships of all sizes, from small independent dealerships to large dealer groups, and is utilized by various professionals in the automotive industry, including automotive dealerships, F&I managers, sales managers, finance sources, and providers.

Key Features

Credit Tools: RouteOne provides a simplified software solution that serves as a connection hub between dealerships and financial partners, facilitating credit approvals. With access to a vast network of finance sources, the platform aims to reduce decisioning delays and improve efficiency in the credit process.

Digital Retail Services: RouteOne enables customers to complete credit applications conveniently, either online or in-store. The platform supports a modern buying experience by offering embedded online credit applications that can be customized with branding and optional/required fields.

Payoff Quote: RouteOne offers real-time payoff quotes, eliminating the need for manual phone calls to finance sources. This feature speeds up the trade-in process and ensures accurate payoff amounts for deals.

Vehicle Values: RouteOne simplifies the process of determining a customer's vehicle value by automatically calculating used vehicle loan, retail, and trade-in values. This eliminates the reliance on paper guides or multiple valuation sites, making the process more efficient for F&I and sales/desking purposes.

Credit Bureaus: RouteOne integrates preferred credit bureau providers, streamlining the credit reporting process for dealerships. This integration eliminates the need for multiple data entry and saves time by providing direct access to credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

Reporting: RouteOne offers comprehensive reporting capabilities, providing insights into credit bureau volume, credit scores, dealer reserve, and performance metrics. The platform's near real-time reporting helps identify new growth opportunities and allows for analysis of up to 25 months of historical data.

Contract Funding Report: RouteOne's contract funding report allows dealerships to monitor transactional funding time by finance source and dealership. This feature helps identify finance source funding speed across multiple dealerships, provided the finance sources support RouteOne contract statuses.

eContracting Performance and Opportunity Report: By tracking eContracting usage, RouteOne helps dealerships assess their performance and identify missed opportunities. The platform provides a list of total booked eContracts and highlights areas for improvement in eContracting usage.

Decision and Funding Analysis (DAFA) Report: RouteOne enables monitoring of finance source decision mix and time for all submitted application decisions. This report provides insights into the current month-to-date performance and allows for customized reports covering a date range of up to 25 months.

F&I Log and Performance (Integration Recommended): RouteOne's F&I log and performance feature provides valuable insights into the dealership's profit and performance metrics for the F&I department. It calculates average profit per contract and profit per vehicle retailed, allowing for tracking and analysis of F&I performance by individual managers or salespersons.
