Users have appreciated the software's customizability, allowing them to tailor it to their specific needs on the shop floor. The ability for IT departments to further customize the software has also been a standout feature for many. The support and services provided by Seradex have generally been well-received by users.

However, some users have encountered challenges with premature releases of updates, causing issues in different aspects of the program. In addition, there have been instances of poor communication between the sales team, help desk, and developers. This lack of coordination has led to frustrations for some users. Another area where improvement is needed is the absence of a dashboard within the software, which some users find inconvenient.
