Total Dental is an ONC Certified EHR for dentists that offers a cloud or web-based dental practice management solution. This software aims to help dental practices, regardless of their size, run more efficiently and profitably by providing them with the necessary tools to manage patient records, appointments, billing processes and more.

The system includes state-of-the-art features such as tooth charting, perio charting, scheduling, and billing functionalities among other capabilities. Total Dental can record primary, permanent or mixed dentition in the tooth chart with alerts for any errors in selections. Additionally, the perio chart allows users to easily record bleeding, mobility levels in teeth and gums while automatically calculating CAL levels.

Total Dental provides its users with a dashboard that shows all scheduled appointments as well as patients waiting or currently being seen. The built-in e-prescribing system automatically checks drug interactions including any patient allergies while sending those prescriptions straight to pharmacies digitally. The integrated billing module generates claims from visit charts which are reviewed on the user's billings dashboard where they can see at a glance those pending claims submissions and posted payments details without experiencing delays due to manual data filtering issues associated with traditional systems.
