TripLog is a mileage and expense reimbursement App and Web platform from the company of the same name in Issaquah, Washington. Through automating manual mileage/expense logging, TripLog aims to increase employee productivity and accountability, resulting in significant cost savings to employee mileage reimbursement programs. TripLog partners and integrates with payroll providers (ADP, QBO, XERO, FreshBooks), Expense Platforms (ChromeRiver, Concur, Emburse) and Banks/Credit card integrations to create a complete trip logging solution.

The TripLog app gives the user's team a GPS-based solution for tracking their mileage. With route planning features, a shared company address book, and trip classification, TripLog tracks mileage and expenses., and as TripLog automatically compares trips with Google Maps, companies can gain accurate mileage.

The TripLog suite of products include:
  • TripLog Mileage - TripLog app, designed to ensure that the user will never miss a mile, used to enable the user to ditch manual logs and automatically track mileage, maximizing tax savings.

  • TripLog Time - Time and attendance tracking features to make managing a team’s payroll a breeze. Employees can clock in and out, manage hours worked, and submit timesheets for approval.
  • TripLog Scheduling - Used to eliminate manual processes and schedule and track mobile employees. Backed by precise GPS data, users can see who’s working where, manage daily routes, and dispatch with ease.
  • TripLog Drive - is a GPS mileage tracking device with a built-in trip classification button, designed specifically to solve the problem of battery drain and iOS and Android closing background running apps.
  • TripLog Beacon: USB Mileage Tracking - Coupled with an iBeacon device using Nearby Technology, the TripLog app detects when trips start and stop with accurate mileage tracking and certainty.
