Trujay has been able to recover all history records during the migration from Act CRM to Zoho CRM, something no other provider was able to do. The software's ability to break out highly customized contact records into numerous different modules within Zoho has made the process stress-free for users.
In addition, Trujay's consultants have provided exceptional customer service to users. One consultant helped a user navigate the software and understand its power, making the migration process simple and easy. The team at Data2CRM was professional, efficient, and easy to work with, helping users migrate their CRM from Pipedrive to Hubspot using the API to keep all existing data.
However, some data such as contact titles, contact tags, and contact social data fields, and organization tags and social data were disappointingly not transferable via API. Despite this limitation, Trujay remains a recommended solution for businesses seeking a reliable data migration service.
