Web.com provides business across all industries with tools to build a business's online presence, bringing website, email, security and online marketing solutions into one place.

Web.com enables the user to register a domain of choice. Also, Web.com offers options to help a business to get online. The user can use Web.com's tools to build a website, or work with their in-house design team. Web.com now supports online ecommerce stores, and provides SEO, search engine marketing (SEM) services (e.g. PPC advertising), and local listing management as an add-on for business customers.

For DIY site builders, Web.com features a templated web builder with drag-and-drop components and blocks to customize the appearance of the website. Sites are also presented as mobile-friendly, and they enable the user embed YouTube and Vimeo videos. Sites also provide the ability to implement custom contact forms, add fields and control validation, and users can embed & customize Google Map placements so customers can find a business, as well as social buttons and feeds.

Web.com also includes DIY marketing essentials (e.g. SEO and local listing management), but for those who prefer it, Web.com also provides expert assistance and SEO services, as well as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. Web.com PPC experts can create targeted ads using relevant keywords that customers use to search for the user's products or services; they boast Google Ads Certified Experts to help users of their sites to get more website visits.

For ecommerce, the Web.com in-house design team will build the user a mobile-optimized, conversion-focused eCommerce website designed to help users sell online. Beyond initial creation, Web.com's team is available for continual updates, and they provide SEO services to help products get found.
