We rely on ActiveCampaign to properly welcome every new contact who opts to learn more about our business, to allow us to segment leads and deliver hyper personalized correspondence, and to build relationships. ActiveCampaign also plays nicely with other software that we use, so we're able to build up a comprehensive picture of our audience in order to better serve them in more relevant ways.

- Robots can crack embedded ActiveCampaign forms - beware, be sure to activate captcha and other security features
- It's unclear as to whether you can set default fonts and font sizes for emails; it's frustrating to have to reset this every time
- ActiveCampaign could invest more time in design elements. Available fonts are limited, email styling is limited, visual design features are clunky and not intuitive.
