Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
I use Acumatica to provide the financial results of the Company to my fellow managers and to prepare reports for my directors. Acumatica integrates information across multiple platforms to ensure that the financial information is based on accurate information from operations. This was a big issue with our legacy system. Our finance department used one number, and operations used another number. Now, we are all aligned on the same information.

Using Acumatica, we have been able to keep our external customers more informed with invoices, payment receipts and statements as they would like to see them. We were unable to do this with our previous platform. Internally, we can enforce and communicate processes. We were able to achieve this with the use of Approval Maps.
It provides a common platform for reporting invoices for customers. The files feature allows us to store delivery information integrated from our delivery software. This has been especially helpful in addressing customer queries and challenges on deliveries. We are able to retrieve information over 10x faster than using our older manual system. It has translated to a reduction in AR losses with customers.
Head and shoulders above them. Acumatica is flexible and that is important for our growing business group. The pricing for Acumatica is affordable and reasonable. We love the support from Acumatica as well. The training and community support is overwhelmingly great.
