Overall Satisfaction with Adform FLOW
Overall experience with Adform flow has been positive. We have mainly used Adform as a Demand Side Platform to perform customer acquisition and branding campaigns. Although the service and deployment time is a bit slow but the product in itself is quite efficient. The platform targets specific customers to our need and the reporting tool attached is amazing. The dashboard is very user friendly.

First of all it was integrating well with our existing database and secondly costing. We were looking for specific kind of product for our marketing and sales team. Salesforce and Adobe we had also evaluated but they were not offering the customization we needed for our structure to work. Meanwhile costing of Adform Flow was much lesser than the other 2.

We needed a customised product for our team and Adform Flow helped us with that. Plus the pricing was great as compared with the competitors in the market.
I would really want the integration and service part to fast. They took a long time to customise the product and the deploy it. Secondly the upgrades to the product should be timely and with no bugs.

Yes for the first year were without any premium support but since their support service is a bit slow so we went for premium service. It is also slow but better than their normal service.
Yes - Yes we have reported bugs to their support team and they rectified it but it took some time to get it resolved.
They are really fast when we report bugs in updates. That's an experience we would like them to offer with any kind of support.
