Overall Satisfaction with Agorapulse
At our company, we use Agorapulse for scheduling and publishing social media content, creating cross-channel reports, responding to comments and messages, social listening and engagement, and collaborating with our internal team on all of these efforts. We are able to do all of this in one place and have a track record of the activity. Before Agorapulse, we were doing everything by email. This makes it much easier, especially knowing that other teammates can still receive an email if desired in order to be notified of action items on their end. We have two pro accounts currently used by myself and one other person on my team who is involved in the day-to-day of social media management at our company.
- Collaboration with internal team - competitors we evaluated didn't have the same ability to collaborate with our teammates and assign tasks or approvals across publishing, inbox, and social listening like Agorapulse has. This is a major plus for us!
- Customer service - excellent team and top notch communication
- Cost effective pricing - it is an all in one tool that solves the majority of our business needs for social media at good price
- Social listening included - it's great that we're able to monitor keywords and hashtags for our brands without an add-on fee. Many competitors charge extra for this feature, so we are grateful is included in our main plan.
- Having the ability to gain access for more than one account to view billing and invoices would greatly help our process and make it easier for us.
- For social listening on Instagram, we would love the ability to be able to filter out certain countries, only choose certain languages, and remove content from being seen that uses specific keywords.
- For assigning tasks in the Agorapulse inbox, our workflow would be enhanced if we could see all historical data in a chat between teammates rather than seeing only one message at a time with the single ability to assign and unassign. It does the basics of what we need for now, but this would make it even better.
- Having the flexibility to edit the text in the caption when cross-posting the same post across channels would make it easier to schedule and publish posts.

Agorapulse is by far the greatest value for the highest capabilities across all aspects of social media management, and they have excellent customer service and communication in case you ever need support. While some of these other products that I have used or evaluated may be better known or more widely used, Agorapulse wins in my book due to high value at an affordable cost and a great customer experience. The interface makes it very easy to use across web and mobile. I find Hootsuite and Dash Hudson to be a bit wonky and not always intuitive with their interface at times. Buffer and Later do some things well but are lacking in many other things. Sprout Social and Dash Hudson are significantly higher in price, and the experience with their teams haven't been as positive as with Agorapulse. It seems as they they are always trying to sell you on a higher package than genuinely solving your business needs. Agorapulse is a win/win/win!
