Overall Satisfaction with APS Payroll
APS is used for time tracking, PTO and sick time tracking, and payroll. Our hourly staff use the online clock to track their work hours. All staff use the PTO and sick time function to submit their requests and track their balances. Management is able to review and approve time cards as well as PTO and sick time requests.

Paychex was probably the best system, but the constant shifting of support teams caused a loss of institutional knowledge every time.
ADP was impersonal and support phone calls almost always went overseas. The lack of knowledge of the support service was disturbing.
It was hoped that APS would provide a good system with quality support. Support normally isn't bad other than the journal entry.
