Overall Satisfaction with AT Internet
AT Internet is used across the whole organisation. It is our analytics tool, enabling us to view customer journeys, monitor digital KPIs, and re-use data for marketing purposes
- Near real time data (< 5 mins)
- Cross site customer journey
- Custom variables
- Data drilling through Data Query or API
- Showing a tree-map customer journey towards a specific page
- UX heat maps are missing
- The customer journey module needs more qualitative insights such as the time spent between 2 steps
- WE HAVE A BIG ISSUE REGARDING THE MIGRATION FROM THE CURRENT VERSION TO THEIR DELTA SUITE
- All the current analysis and dashboard need to be rebuilt on Delta, with no automation tool

- Major drawback : sept 2021 -- The upcoming new Delta version has a huge impact on our analytics activity.
- We are not satisfied with the way the editor handles the end of the current version.
- All the analysis, dashboards, custom documents, api queries needs to be rebuilt by the end-users, with lack of backing and poor documentation
- The interface is very intuitive.
- We could give more search/drill functionalities to our users across the company.
- Acoustic Analytics (formerly IBM Watson Customer Experience Analytics)
Regarding Acoustic, the UX, the reliability, and the time for generating reports couldn't compete.
But, due to the Delta version , we could discover that the major projects management was not as professional with AT Internet than with Accoustic (then IBM). At that time we had a clear vision of the features, changes, impacts and editor involvement to lower the changes and efforts for the customer.
