Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
Running an IT company, we have 50+ employees who are using it for task management and to deliver work in a timely manner by assigning tasks along with dates. The team is following a timeline to deliver projects and can assign tasks and sub-tasks to other colleagues. You can create multiple projects with different roles and only those team members can see the project.

We tried other software while selecting paid plans of Basecamp; its customer service is fast and very prompt in comparison to others. Interface and UI & UX is also very good, which is very good for team members. The team loves this product and they are very happy with it. We are now a permanent customer of Basecamp.
