Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NXT to manage our donors and giving history. It is very user friendly and helps maintain record accuracy.

Pros and Cons

The layout is very simple.
Actions are very easy to enter.
Opportunities are easy to enter.

For volunteers it would be nice to be able to enter information on NXT.

I do not use NXT for reports or lists. I use Raiser's Edge for all my queries and exports, however the ease of setting up the information correctly helps to have accurate data when I do pull reports and lists.

NXT is very easy to use and the layout is great. I like the fact you can move the tiles around to suit what you use the most.

I wish we could hide or delete tiles that our organization never uses.
