Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
We use Bloomreach as a means to analyze customer data and optimize our segmentation and targeted strategies. We also use it to generate reports and monitor our loyalty program performance. As for communication, we mainly use it to automate and personalize our email campaigns and push notifications. It is a very complete product, however, we do find it to be a bit limiting at times, like in the case of in-app messages. We also find that the Bloomreach support team lacks the tools to help us out set up what we want in that regard, for example in the case of issues related to our mobile app, stating that no testing can be done on our app since it is available for Canada only. Finally, it would be great if the email editor provided possibilities to control approximately how our emails will look under dark mode.

Bloomreach has a very intuitive platform, which helps streamline in a frictionless way most of our workflows, but there is still some space for improvements.
Bloomreach is way more intuitive than other platforms but can be a bit more limiting in regards to designing emails using only HTML.
