The Cloud helps our company with deep understanding of our customers. It also helps to get a good usage for the data. We use Bloomreach for activation, retention and monetisation communications via mobile push, email, sms and in-app channels.

We do quite complex automation scenarios. With only one simple triggering event node we might launch a scenario, built out of 500-700 logical nodes, running tens of A/B test in the same time. Powerful, yet simple behavioural filters let us deeply segment the customer flows, making each communication very personal an effective.
I am familiar with a lot of MA tools, but this one is no comparison to any competitor.

As i said before, nothing to compare. Speed of data processing, enablement of marketers, power of behavioural filters and conditions is just of another level. The price is bitting sometimes, but always ROI positive.
