Used as CDP and ESP across marketing and Ecom teams. We rely on Bloomreach data to inform trends, affinities and marketing effectiveness. We rely on the ESP capabilities to increase our participation from CRM channels, to help support acquisition and where applicable increase frequency

- Unified login and accessibility across mobiles (as this is an issue for us when trying to login to the platform on mobile devices)
- Better and easier surfacing of audience IDs as this can sometimes be a longwinded process

- Enabling better and more personalised customer experiences
- Offering valuable insight into customer behaviour which can then inform future strategies
