Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
I use Brevo as part of my self-employed activity for the management and promotion of the websites that I develop for my clientele which is quite varied: craftsmen, associations, small businesses in all sectors as well as individuals. Brevo allows me to create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, enabling effective communication with their target audiences. I also use automation features to send messages in response to visitor actions on websites, helping to increase visitor engagement and convert more prospects into customers. Tracking statistics allows me to analyze results, identify what works best, and make adjustments to maximize returns on investment. In addition, Brevo is located in France and that reassures my customers about the use of their data. In summary, Brevo is one of the basic tools of my work and serves me enormously!

- A "campaign" rate to send a large campaign to more than 5000 contacts a few times a year
- I don't have concrete figures, but every time a properly targeted campaign is sent, the number of visitors to the website in question increases significantly.
Mailchimp works on the number of contacts. Having a large number of contacts with lots of different lists depending on my clients, Mailchimp would be way too expensive for me!! In addition, when I tested it this tool was mainly in English. And the fact that it is not of French origin like Brevo can scare customers.
