Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We use Brevo for two types of customers: online customers and offline customers. It is easy to us lists or segments for both types of customers. The workingspace is easy to understand and have a very professional look. Once i was suspended due to a high performance of bounce percentage. After having contact with Brevo which went very fast, Brevo reactivated my account with extra information of how to use Brevo. We are very satisfied of the Brevo app and their backoffice.
