Pay and time. Achieved compliance with tax delegation and working in multiple states and or locations. Ease set up with regards to taxation behind earnings and deduction codes. Better, entitlement, set ups and configuration, can handle a multitude of configurations with regards to ESP stock, 401(k), eligibility, charity eligibility.
- Labor, distribution amongst multiple states and work locations
- Assigned states and taxes based off of home address and virtual employee
- Far too many screens should be able to downsize that into multiple modules
- Reporting can be overwhelming
- Cut our payroll processing in half with the fact that we can all work within the same payroll
- Cut the time in half with pulling data into our payroll system
We are located in every state in the US and seven provinces, the compliance behind each and every state and our timesheets is huge. This is not something we had previously.

Every module within Ceridian Dayforce talks to each other. The real time live data is beneficial to the team when trying to troubleshoot. And the ability to ease integrations
