Overall Satisfaction with Chorus by ZoomInfo

Chorus by ZoomInfo is used in my organisation as a note taker who joins prospect meetings. I find it super useful as often when engaged in conversation it is hard to make notes and remember everything discussed. The tool at the end of the meeting which provides a meeting recap and overview is so great and assists me with adding notes into our CRM

At my organisation Chorus by ZoomInfo is used as a note taker to join meetings, record our discussion, provide coaching, conversation analytics, and provide a wrap up which includes a follow up email to the prospect that we have met wit calling out action items, any follow up that we said we would do, and the bulk of what we discussed.
I very much enjoy used Chorus by ZoomInfo, it easily plugs into my google calendar and is easy to add to meeting invites, meetings are then run through Zoom which most people are familiar with. The tool is silent in the background and simply appears as a notetaker. I find this tool super intuitive and simple to use
Chorus by ZoomInfo is used within my organisation by the Account Development Representative team, there have been a huge number of positive impacts but I'll say one that I like the most is the capabilities to monitor the number of filler words we use per minute, we can then monitor this over time and aim to improve.
I have not had the pleasure of working with the Chorus by ZoomInfo customer support team. In my organisation we have a team member who is trained on the Chorus by ZoomInfo tool and we reach out to this particular colleague for support. I will however say that this colleague of ours knows the tool back to front so it would seem as though they have been well trained.

As long as the prospect we are meeting with agrees to have Chorus present in the meeting I find it very well suited. It has meant that the time I spend after the meetings adding details into our CRM has been significantly reduced due to the ability to add the notes in
