Overall Satisfaction with Cirrus Insight
The goal of using Cirrus Insight in our organization was strictly to track emails sent thought Google Mail and to log them via Salesforce. The solution was one of the ways we increased our Salesforce compliance in order to make sure that everything emailed to clients was captured appropriately and logged.

We used Cirrus Insights for a period of time and then switched to Salesforce Inbox because Salesforce Inbox was included in our Salesforce license which made the change easier to do since there was no financial impact of making the switch. We didn't spend very much time considering HubSpot although it does seem to be superior.
