Overall Satisfaction with ClearSlide
It's used by the Sales and Business Development Reps. We use Clearslide to send/track marketing materials/proposals/contracts sent to prospects/clients. It's a brilliant tool that allows you to prioritize leads (who is opening and when), and confirm receipt/viewing of important documents.
- I like that the contact who was our Salesperson is also our Account Manager whenever we do have a question/concern.
- Integration to SalesForce is critical.
- Overall technology - that you can see the actual viewing your contact is doing - which pages of the proposal, for how long, etc.
- I wish you could send email blasts that are trackable but without the "sent by clearslide" at the bottom - looks spammy to me and I always want my email comms to look personal so this is one functionality I do not use.
