Client meetings and presentations; sending presentations as follow-up or if we're unable to schedule a meeting
- Screensharing
- Sending of presentations with ability to track views/activity
- Sharing of meeting content/materials among team
- Frequent tech issues
- Ability to let others share their screen is not straight forward

- Positive: it allows us to track if/when a client is viewing information we've sent to them
- Negative: when using Clearslide for a live presentation, there are tech issues (primarily with audio) more frequently than I would like
- Positive: easy to share presentations/materials among the team
- Zoom, GoTo Meeting, GoTo Webinar and Google Hangouts (Classic)
They all have different use cases. Go To Meeting and Go To Webinar are the best for large groups, but has its limitations. Google Hangouts is great for internal or less formal meetings, but can be glitchy. Zoom is a platform most clients are familiar with and rarely has tech issues.
