Overall Satisfaction with CleverTap

We use CleverTap for event tracking for our users. Helps in building cohorts for push notifications and other action items. Our support team uses CleverTap to identify & troubleshoot issues.

  • Cohorts based on attributes
  • Visualisation of data
  • The UI certainly needs improvement, not on par with the competitors
  • Tool is also buggy/clunky at times
  • CleverTap is not as expensive as some of the competitors in the market. - Positive
  • Some of the bugs have led to us not being able to capture some user events - negative

CleverTap worked well initially and then got very buggy. It's great for bigger orgs that can move the needle in CleverTap HQ to fix issues. It's not the best option for small orgs or the best data visualisation tool out there.
