Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact
We use it for marketing through the sending of newsletters that highlight our portfolio of credit and noncredit courses. This includes for one offs such as webinars, or to also announce new degree or certificates. Specifically Constant Contact is used to share our college offerings and to assist with awareness as well as with enrollment.
- Sort those who click to unfollow, unsubscribe
- Add new contacts and keep them organized into categories
- Seamlessly copy templates
- Assist with the new filtering and blocking done by Google
- I track enrollment to see if we are getting actionable registration-we gain thousands of dollars in added tuition per newsletter.
- Our expanded list of contacts has increased our college's awareness.
Constant Contact is quite intuitive making it easy to distribute the workload such as one person creates conntent, one migrates it to the template, one edits the content, and so on. However, it is easy for any one of us to do each others work.
